Your Health & Yoga Educator, Vanessa Gatelein
I provide women with practical tools and simple techniques to navigate the Menopause with grace and ease.
My approach combines the wisdom of yoga, healthy food, and lifestyle to create evidence-based strategies that support the body during the change.
This is for every woman.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this workshop welcomes women of all levels, all shapes, and all sizes.
It is a non-judgmental and inclusive space that honors and celebrates the unique journey each woman embarks upon during menopause.
Vanessa’s Perimenopause Story
I was suffering with my own cocktail of confusing symptoms that mimicked burnout and chronic fatigue. My vagina hurt, I started to feel depressed and had moments of extreme RAGE. Doctors did NOTHING, because I was still getting my period regularly and they did want to give me any medicine.
So, I took matters into my own hands and looked holistically.
I got certified in Menopause Yoga (MY) with Petra Coveney. This approach to yoga, breathing and mindful meditation practices are specifically adapted to help women positively manage menopause. This approach is not only helping me to cope with the change, but give me a path to follow that is positive and nourishing. Since my certification, I have been leading workshops, yoga classes and private coaching for women who just need to understand what is happening in their body.
