The Rest + Reset Approach

  • Create Awareness: Get to the root of your situation and understand your stress patterns.

  • Learn Skills: Build resilience in your body so you can first heal from stress, but also bounce back in future situations.

  • Practice in Real Life: Take action to shift how your mind and body feels.

You’ll learn how stress works in the body, how to reframe stress, practice yoga and breathing to support overall wellness.

Practically, in our sessions, we will…

  • Talk through what is happening in the body, mind and emotions.

  • Explore the areas in the body where stress is typically held.

  • Move intentionally, breathe, and release the tension.

  • Practice listening to what your body needs.

What is included?

  • 4 x yoga + health coaching sessions (about 75-minutes)

  • Ongoing email/text support in between sessions

  • Education about stress, yoga, and nutrition

  • Lifestyle and self-care recommendations

  • Food and simple recipe ideas
