Hormone Rhythm + Menstrual Cycle Mapping
Get curious about your hormones and discover how they change throughout your cycle.
Does this sound familiar?
Our hormones naturally fluctuate throughout the month, and these changes can influence how we feel, from our energy and mood to our sleep and overall wellbeing.
As we move through our 40s and into perimenopause, these patterns can become less predictable.
Perhaps you've noticed:
• Your energy and mood seem to change from week to week.
• Your sleep, headaches, or other symptoms seem connected to certain times in your cycle.
• Your periods have become shorter, longer, or less predictable.
• You're experiencing PMS, mood swings, or other cycle-related changes.
• You're noticing changes in your weight, libido, or how you feel in your body.
• You still notice cyclical changes, even though you no longer experience menstrual bleeding.
Wouldn't it be interesting to see what your own hormone patterns look like?
What will we explore?
DUTCH stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones.
Using simple at-home urine and saliva collections, we'll gather information about selected hormones and their metabolites.
This profile looks at two important aspects:
Your monthly rhythm: How estrogen and progesterone measurements change across your menstrual cycle.
Your daily hormonal picture: Selected sex hormones, their metabolites, and cortisol measurements, including your cortisol awakening response.
Additional insights: Selected markers related to melatonin, hormone metabolism, and other metabolic processes.
Together, these provide different pieces of information that we can explore alongside your personal experiences. It's an opportunity to gather information, recognize patterns, and ask better questions about your changing body.
What's included?
• DUTCH Plus™ testing
• DUTCH Cycle Mapping™ testing
• A personal results consultation with Vanessa via Zoom
• A written summary of observations and possible next steps
How does it work?
1. Your Starting Point
Before testing, you'll complete a short questionnaire about your symptoms, concerns, goals, and experiences. This gives us a starting point for our conversation.
2. Your At-Home DUTCH Kit
You'll receive your testing kit with instructions for collecting your samples throughout your cycle, as well as the additional urine and saliva samples.
3. Your Hormones Explained
Once your laboratory results are ready, we'll schedule a personal Zoom consultation.
We'll walk through your results together, explore the hormone patterns measured, and discuss how they may relate to your own experiences.
4. Your Personal Summary & Next Steps
After our consultation, you'll receive a summary of our observations, along with questions you may wish to discuss with your doctor or gynecologist.
And if you'd like to go further, we can also explore lifestyle changes and coaching support together.
Is this test right for me?
This profile is particularly suited to women who are still experiencing hormonal cycles, especially if their periods have become irregular or their symptoms seem to follow a monthly pattern.
It may also be relevant for some women who still have functioning ovaries but no longer experience menstrual bleeding.
If you're already postmenopausal, I recommend the Hormone Rhythm test without menstrual cycle mapping, unless you really want to know if you are cycling somehow.
FYI: Hormone therapy and hormonal contraception can affect your test results, so please keep that in mind.
Not sure which option is right for you?

This is an educational experience to explore your hormone patterns, not a medical diagnosis or replacement for medical care.
