Hormone Rhythm Mapping
Get curious about your hormones and discover more about your changing body.
Does this sound familiar?
Our hormones play a role in many aspects of our wellbeing, from our energy and mood to our sleep, metabolism, and how we feel in our bodies.
As we move through our 40s, perimenopause, and menopause, our hormonal landscape naturally changes. Sometimes these changes are subtle, and sometimes they leave us wondering what's going on.
Perhaps you've noticed:
• Your energy isn't what it used to be, or you're feeling tired more often.
• Your sleep has changed, and you don't always wake up feeling refreshed.
• Your mood, motivation, or ability to handle stress feels different.
• You're noticing changes in your weight or body composition, even though your habits haven't changed much.
• Your libido or overall sense of wellbeing has shifted.
• You're navigating perimenopause or menopause and simply want to understand more about your hormones.
Wouldn't it be interesting to take a closer look at your own hormonal picture?
What will we explore?
DUTCH stands for Dried Urine Test for Comprehensive Hormones.
Using simple at-home urine and saliva collections, we'll gather information about selected hormones and their metabolites.
This profile explores multiple aspects of your hormonal picture:
Your sex hormones: Measurements of estrogen, progesterone, testosterone, and related hormone metabolites.
Your daily cortisol rhythm: How cortisol levels change throughout the day, including your body's natural cortisol response after waking.
Additional insights: Selected markers related to melatonin, hormone metabolism, and other metabolic processes.
Together, these provide different pieces of information that we can explore alongside your personal experiences.
It's an opportunity to gather information, recognize patterns, and ask better questions about your changing body.
What's included?
• DUTCH Plus™ testing
• A personal results consultation with Vanessa via Zoom
• A written summary of observations and possible next steps
How does it work?
1. Your Starting Point
Before testing, you'll complete a short questionnaire about your symptoms, concerns, goals, and experiences. This gives us a starting point for our conversation.
2. Your At-Home DUTCH Kit
You'll receive your testing kit with clear instructions for collecting urine and saliva samples at specific times throughout the day.
3. Your Hormones Explained
Once your laboratory results are ready, we'll schedule a personal Zoom consultation.
We'll walk through your results together, explore the hormone patterns measured, and discuss how they may relate to your own experiences.
4. Your Personal Summary & Next Steps
After our consultation, you'll receive a summary of our observations, along with questions you may wish to discuss with your doctor or gynecologist.
And if you'd like to go further, we can also explore lifestyle changes and coaching support together.
Is this test right for me?
This profile is designed for women who are curious about their hormonal picture no matter what phase of life you are in.
It may be an option if your periods have stopped, your cycles have become less predictable, or you'd simply like to explore selected hormone and cortisol measurements.
FYI: Hormone therapy and hormonal contraception can affect your test results, so please keep that in mind.
Not sure which option is right for you?
Book a free call with Vanessa, and we'll explore which option makes sense for your situation.
This is an educational experience to explore your hormone patterns, not a medical diagnosis or replacement for medical care.
