These are set times where you can drop in, and play or hang out in a safe place with other kids and parents. Some are free, some ask for donation or a small fee.

Use side entrance and walk to the back with your buggy.
There is a huge hall with a coffee bar for moms, tables/chairs and lots of toys for the kids. Plus matts and small toys for infants.
Bring your slippers as it's a no shoe zone.

Find the entrance via the courtyard and go left down the hall. Here you have a playgroup which is sometimes 5chf.
It includes a coffee. And if you want they also have an affordable lunch some days. They sing songs :-)

Good prices. Good food. Nice shop for fresh vegetables and oils, juices, etc.
Playground outside. Changing tables. And very kid friendly.
My friend's son knocked over a full glass of milk and they mopped it up while laughing and playing with him.
